BDA plus is the UK market leader in accessing European grants and project funding. Our unrivalled knowledge has been built up over a total of more than 400 applications which have secured some £90 million in grants for our clients.

We have had particular experience of securing EU funding for projects in the food industry through the Financial Instrument for Fisheries Guidance (FIFG) and the Processing & Marketing Grant Scheme (PMG). 

In 2008, the Scottish Government replaced the previous scheme with the European Fisheries Fund (EFF) grant scheme and Food Processing, Marketing & Co-operation (FPMC) grant scheme. 

The new scheme is now firmly in place with many fisheries and food businesses already been awarded up to 50% capital grant funding. 

We also help many clients to access UK regional aid. Grants are available through Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) in Scotland and Grants for Business Investment (GBI) in England and Wales. Applications can be complex but we can explain everything and manage the process right from day one.
